Steve and Kris Sarrantonio, owners of SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service® of Charlotte/Charleston in South Carolina, have been recognized a Best Workplace by National Oil and Lube News.
The Sarrantonios bought their first store about 10 years ago and have grown to five locations. Their five stores include some leading locations in the FullSpeed Automotive system.
Speaking of his employees, Steve Sarrantonio says, “I have more empathy, because I was once in their position,” he says. “I didn’t come in with a pocket full of money.”
